Tritan twitched in his sleep. He dreamt he was back on the Gashwake and was in the crow's nest looking out. He spotted land, but then a giant eel sprang out and swallowed him. His eyelids flickered and he twitched again.

Leaning over to Rosie he says," He must be in a deep dream." *Putting the last of the Moss on the cut. Then stretching.*

I think your right, Shawn, he does look rather asleep. Aster, you didn't mix that potion too strong, or give him too much did you?

No. In fact, I was worried that I hadn't given him enough. **Aster glanced down at Tritan's sleeping form.** But at the rate he's going, I'll give him about five more minutes before he wakes up. **She threw the gloves in a basin of sterilizing water that was on a table, then threw away the bloodied thread and dipped the needle into the water, scrubbing the coagulated blood away from the middle down. The river mousemaid reversed ends, and ran a careful paw from the middle of the needle toward the other end, not wanting to prick herself on the sharp metal.**

*Looking at the other wound Shawn then asks. "Can I do anything for ya, Asta?"

**At the sound of the other two medics' voices, Aster turned.** Sure, Raiden, we'll need a bit more of that mint infusion as an antiseptic -- I'm almost out of it. **She handed him the jar of liquid that she usually used to store the infusion.** The mint will be just around the side of the tent.
**Aster pivoted to face the other healer.** Shawn, could you apply a dressing to Tritan's ear? Just a bit of comfrey poultice should do, and mix in some of the yarrow powder, too.

OOC: I forgot to post in colour, it was Rose, not Raiden who posted...
BIC: **Rose took the jar, and left to gather the mint.**
Two, three, four, five, six, severn, eight... that should be enought...
**Rose returns with the bottle and the front pocket of her dress full of mid/large sized sprigs of mint.**
Will this be enought Aster?

Tritan groaned. He was starting to come out of his drugged coma. He saw blurred flashing lights and all was in slowmotion, but his sharp eyes focused quickly and a ringing pain lanced through his ear. He tried to feel it but he felt like he was full of lead.

**Aster turned back to Rose.** Yes, that'll be more than enough mint, thanks, Rose. I trust that you know how to make an infusion?... **The river mousemaiden's ears pricked up as she noted the sound coming from Tritan's bed. Quickly, she informed Rose of something that she had forgotten.** Oh, and four or five of those large sprigs should do in a full rush pot of water. **She waved over to a shelf where the smaller rush pots were stacked neatly.**
**The healer turned back to Tritan. She waved her paw a short distance away from his face.** Tritan? Tritan, come on, look at me, and listen. Shawn's coming soon with a poultice for your ear; if you don't injure it any further it should have completely healed within three weeks. Can you see my paw?

Tritan looked around and his lookout-trained eyes picked up the waving paw. What was Aster doing? Was she swatting flies or something?

He tried to reply, but it was as if his mouth was full of dough.
"Urgh... Yeah, Awsta,i c'n see ywou pwaw!"

Er... yeah... yeah I do... I'll only be a minute...
**Taking a bowl off the shelf and filling it with water from the vat in the corner, Rose set about making the infusion. Taking the pestle and morter, she ground four of the large sprigs until the juice can out, and added it to the water, then grining the rest, she added the juice to the bottle, till it was full.**
The bottle's full, and the bowl has the infusion made Aster.

"Aster..." Tritan chanced a wave with his paw. Everything was getting clearer and clearer. "Aster, where am I? Rose, is that you? What's that you're crushing?" The otter's tongue was suddenly untied as he sniffed the air. "Mint? Mmmmm, I love mint. What are ye makin', tea or somethin'?" Then realization beamed upon him. "Well stripe me rudder green ter go wid me clothes! I'm in the healing tent." His scratches and wounds seemed to hurt a lot more and he winced in pain.

*After mixing for like 7min. He then brings the bowl of the creamy yet tuff mixsure over to Tritan.* "Well hello. Enjoy your nap?" *Gently pulling the old Moss off of the Ear he then looked at the wound.* "I think it looks better but I think I will rinse it first to get some loose particles out." *Walking over to the Water well outside he fills his bowl and then brings it back to Tritan.*

Tritan, lie still, you might re-open an old injury, or do more damage to your ear, so please lie still, and let us get on with our jobs.
