The Waterfront is kept in much better condition than the Western Settlement's dock. Vermin are scarcely seen in the area as it is habituated primarily by merchants, sailors, warriors at sea, and the like, but all part of the goodbeast faction. Docked here is the Guardians' flagship, but if you want your own, head down to one of the Boatyards, but be willing to pay a heft price.
