*Rachelle smiles. She knows the song, and sings the chorus quietly. She has a rustic sounding alto voice, and doesn't sound as good as Songwind, but adds a good harmony to the song.*
A smile is a joy, From a little girl or boy, So why didn't you smile? This time, or all the while? Just think of food, or family, or friends, And do not let your smile end.
*Rachelle comes to a squeeky halt and kicks the dirt at her footpaws, embarassed.* I'm not a good singer like Songwind, but it's kind of fun. *She grins.*

**Song smiles softly, her face radiating joy. Her big brown eyes glow gently, making her appearence sweet. Scooting over she pats her paw.** That was pretty good. There are a few things to improve on. **Smiling once more she questions the otter.** Were did you learn that song? I usaully make mine up as I go along.

OOC: Here, I'm a mouse. I guess I didn't make that clear BIC: My mom taught it to me, a long time ago. It's one of the only songs I know.

**Raiden strums on his lute, as he listens to every other beast sing and talk.**
I wish I still had my mother... I made this song as a tribute to her...
There once was a queen, So fair in the land, never mean, Always nice, I knew this queen, She was my mother and I miss her so...
I miss my mother, a beauty so rare, She was so fair, a queen so fair, A noble by birth, she was so fine, A queen, a mother, she was mine.
My mother was so fair, She was a queen that for the people did care, The queen was a winner of the heart, Untill that time, our ways did part.
What do you think?

*Finnerator refrained from joining in playing for this song. She leaned back in her chair with her arms folded over her accordion to listen to it. The otter could sympathize with Raiden for she too had lost her mother* It's a beautiful song. *She replied*

Yes... It is. I don't even know where my mother is, if she's still alive.

I only knew my mother for a short while. She died when I turned two.

I traveled with my family my entire life. Until recently, they were some of the only beasts I knew.

**Unable to manage another sentence at the moment, Risk just grinned... A silent, large grin of pure joy and appreciation. Giggling shyly, once again, to herself, the vixen smiled and pawed at her cape.** Well... Um.. Yeah. Ok. **Forcing herself to inhale and continue breathing, she bit her lip, still smiling a little, and turned to walk towards another, more secluded table. Finding a nice little set up beside a window, the young, gentle rogue strode to it without much grace, discovering it very hard to keep her composure.** Um... Will this work? **She placed a paw on the table and turned to Laylark in question.**

Thats what friends are for Raid. **She sniffles softly and blinks to hold of her own tears. She turns away and wipes her eyes quickly. She hopes that no one will bring up siblings. She couldn't take that.**

*Rachelle nods her thanks to Raiden for the compliment, and then turns back to Song. She watches for a moment as she sniffles, and then quietly gets up from her chair to see what troubles her friend.* Song, what's wrong? *She sits down in another chair, right next to Songwind, and watches her again.*

**Song's eyes water profusley. She sniffles louder this time as the words bubble forth and she starts to weep.** My-my-my- Brothers! **She starts to let her tears flow unchecked.**

*Rachelle sees Songwind's tears, and hesitates for a moment. She'd never been good at comforting beasts. She puts this aside, and draws her friend into a hug.* It's Ok... My brothers are all gone too... at least twelve of them are. They died during a war, a long time ago. I find it's better to remember them happily... *She trails off, and begins to sniffle herself. She pauses after a moment.* I made the correct assumtion, right? That they are dead?
