Alright everyone. As yer newly elected representative, it is my job to sit 'ere an' listen to yer complaints, suggestions, comments, and/or concerns. So start talkin'. ;D
No, honestly, though. Go ahead. If you have anything to announce, suggest, discuss, prepose, complain about, or question the liability of, post it here. I'll be consistantly interacting with the discussion on here as well. And when you, the people, reach a conclusion on something, I'll report it to the Officers' Tent.

I think we should have more unique icons for certain things...folders, text at top, smileys...

Okay, I'm starting to have a problem with the big thing on top. It's not our fault if we make a mistake, and a post definetly shouldn't be deleted if someone made that post without knowing. Without an explanation they wont learn, and there will still be a problem. That and, just how is Darter supposed to be able to see all of our posts online when he has other things to do to? He's not a god. I like your idea Crystal.

Um... Some kind of all out fun thing, like the PGR on DAB! Or like writing compitions. I have no clue what a PGR is, but a writing competition sounds facinating. Unless anyone objects, I can suggest to the Officers that a competition for writing composition be set up. But we need to explore a little more into this subject. Like, for instance, what would be the prize? Should their be catagories, or should it be free range? 'Cus it's hard to compare a sci-fi with a classic novel-esq piece. ------- I will also mention more interesting smileys. Although, once again, we need to dig a little deeper. For instance, which ones to we want to keep, and which ones should be deleted? If Darter approves, I could set up a poll to see which ones stay, and which get the boot. Then we could set up a thread similar to the one on DAB were people can bring their examples for new smileys. Once the examples are brought in, we could then set up a poll, take a vote, and establish the chosen smileys. Sound good? ------ Ah yes, Brooky. I can see why someone might be upset with it. Here's my proposal, and you guys tell me what ya think. I will petition to the Officers for a reduction on the penalty. I think that some RPing standards and guidelines are necessary to keep the site in order, and will over all benefit the site. However, I do not believe that deleting the "incorrect" posts is the proper way to handle less-than-perfect RPers. As I have previously stated, not everyone can RP on the same level. E.g. I cannot, and prob'ly will never, RP as good as Marie. And some of our younger members may get discouraged to hear that their posts, if not up to Darter's standards, will be deleted altogether. I think that they should be kindly corrected and assisted. Of course, if there is a particularly disruptive RPer who does not listen to those who attempt to help him/her, then he/she's posts, if completely out of line, probably should be deleted. When it gets to the point of disrupting everyone else and causing trouble 'cus they can, they need the reprimand.

Ahaaa. That makes sense. Although, the multiple sparring boards are basically the thing, except they are simplified down to two people per thread. If you are asking for a fight between two groups, I will see what I can do. Perhaps we could start up a an event where teams are split up evenly and pitted against eachother for RPing fun. How does that sound? ----- BTW, you are not the worst RPer ever! OMG, I even heard that you beat Laylark in a sparring comp.! You are definitly not the worst out there, trust me. Besides, you don't have to be as good as Marie, or Trilli, or Laurn for us to like ya. RPing doesn't mean everything, you know.

It sorta made me feel good, Risk... ~Sigh~ But I've been RPing nearly a year now... And I'me still a n00b! (Yes, n00b!)

Yeah, does everyone know about the tournament here? Dirk proposed a inter-site tourney between us, The Horde, Sentinels of Mossflower and two other sites (I forget which ones). Anyone can volunteer and participate. Don't expect it to start for a while, but if you plan to participate on our side (as a member of GoM), please post here.
